Can I return my original art?

All original art is final sale. We do not accept returns on original art. 

What is the return policy for art prints?

Prints have a return policy of 3 days. Customer is responsible for return shipping. 

We have a 3-day return policy for prints only, which means you have 3 days after receiving your print to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your print must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.  It must be shipped back in the rigid mailer, sealed inside the protective sleeve and labeled with fragile and do not bend. If it is damaged in the return process a refund will not be issued. 

Returns are issued once the print is received and is inspected for damage.  

What if my order arrived damaged?
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there is any issue. We ensure that each piece of art and prints are packaged thoroughly to prevent any damage in transit. If this issue has occurred please reach out to me immediately at desireewilsonart@gmail.com so I can help you. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
